Q1. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. In order to control quality better, all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. The first time for raw material, second time for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function.

Q3. What's the universal lead-time for order delivery?

A: 3-7 working days for sample and small order, by International express: DHL, UPS, FedEx. 7-15 working days for bulk order.
Mass order: by sea, 15-40 days (According to the port of destination of each country different , the ETA Date will be diferent)

Q4. What are your terms of payment?

A: For mass production,the normally Payment term: 30%T/T as the deposit, balance 70%T/T paid on receipt copy of B/L. Of course other payment terms we also would like to cooperate.For retails,100% payment before delivery.
