1.Q: Do you have MOQ ?
A: We have no requirement of MOQ, but if the quantity is too small, we can only offer EXW quotation.
2.Q: If I need one sample do I need to paid for it and how long will I get the sample ?
A: We will have the sample ready within 5 days after confirmation and payment of the sample order and the sample fee will be refunded to you once the official order quantity reaches a 40HQ (or the same quantity as 40HQ).
3.Q: If I have special require on color and LOGO can you do that ?
A: We can customize the color or LOGO according to your requirements.
4.Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: We can accept T/T payment or the LC at sight payment.
5.Q:How long will the cargos take for delivery?
A:It will take us around 10-20 days to finish all the production.
